Menu Plan – Welcome to Fall!

I know, it’s been fall for a month and a half now. But with the whole changing of the clocks and the rain and window out my window, I’m definitely feeling it now!

It makes me want to make more fall meals! Soups and roasted squash and bubbly crockpots of goodness. I’m really bad at using my slow cooker regularly. But I want to be better. I really do! I’ve added a few more slow cooker meals in this time around. Even though they aren’t listed, I’ll probably make the soup & chili in the slow cooker too!

Breakfast

  • Eggs & Toast
  • Applesauce Oat Muffins / Grain-Free Pumpkin Muffins
  • Homemade Oatmeal ‘Packets’
  • Cream of Wheat
  • Waffle House Waffles / Grain-Free Waffles
  • French Toast


Lunch

  • Leftovers
  • Turkey Wraps
  • Fried Rice
  • Cheese & Crackers
  • Chicken Salad & Crackers
